Prima casă din Europa construită cu ajutorul unei imprimante 3D se află în Olanda, în apropiere de Eindhoven, are forma unei stânci È™i este prima casă locuibilă în mod legal. PereÈ›ii de rezistență sunt făcuÅ£i în totalitate dintr-un ciment produs de imprimanta 3D.
În această locuinţă fascinantă locuieÅŸte în prezent un cuplu din Olanda, iar producătorii spun că în viitor, aceasta ar putea fi o locuinţă ideală ÅŸi la îndemâna tuturor. Elize Lutz È™i Harrie Dekkers, amândoi pensionari, folosesc o aplicaÈ›ie pentru deschiderea uÅŸii.
Casa are 94 de metri pătraţi şi este formată din două dormitoare. Aceasta este prima dintre cele cinci planificate pentru construcție de firma Saint-Gobain Weber Beamix, din cadrul Project Milestone. Toate cele cinci case vor fi construite pe malul canalului Beatrix, din Bosrijk, o suburbie a orașului Eindhoven.
În ultimii doi ani, mai multe proprietăți au fost parÈ›ial construite cu ajutorul imprimantelor 3D, în FranÈ›a sau SUA, iar tot mai multe proiecte se dezvoltă în întreaga lume. În Olanda, unde există o criză de zidari calificaÈ›i, varianta este una bună, deoarece este o alternativă la metodele tradiÈ›ionale de construcÈ›ie.
De asemenea, constituie ÅŸi o soluÅ£ie rapidă care reduce costurile construcÅ£iei unei locuinÅ£e. Cât costă însă chiria acestei locuinÅ£e desprinsă parcă din filme? Aproximativ 800 de euro lunar.
